In this area of instruction, students will acquire fundamental knowledge in economics, mathematics, statistics and computer technologies in complex with professional competences in statistical data processing, analysis and projection of macro- and micro-level social and economic processes. They will also learn to model business processes statistically and mathematically on the basis of machine learning.

Upon graduation, they will become singular specialists/analysts with deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills of statistical and mathematical analysis, capable of modeling of socio-economic phenomena and processes and assessing the current state and development prospects of specific entities and trends, with proper account taken of relevant economic tendencies. Their level of qualification will allow them to assure analytical support for optimal economic and managerial decision-making.
