A regular meeting of the scientific workshop guided by A.S. Sigov, President of RTU MIREA, was held online

On February 17, a regular meeting of the CMP (Condensed-matter physics) scientific workshop was held online under the guidance of A.S. Sigov, President of RTU MIREA.

The speakers named below made their presentations:

• I.S. Ovchinnikov (RTU MIREA). “Development of the method of atomic force microscopy to determine the mechanical properties of insulating dielectrics with low dielectric constant”. The presentation was based on the materials of the Ph.D. thesis, technical sciences. Specialty: 05.27.06 “Technology and equipment for the production of semiconductors, materials and electronic devices”. Scientific adviser – K.A. Vorotylov.
• V.I. Chukita (Transnistrian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko). “Preparation and investigation of epitaxial layers of CdSe/mica for optoelectronic devices of solid-state electronics”. The presentation was based on the materials of the Ph.D. thesis, physical and mathematical sciences. Specialty: 05.27.01 “Solid-state electronics, radio electronic components, micro- and nanoelectronics, devices based on quantum effects”. Scientific adviser – V.S. Feschenko.

Each presentation was followed by a discussion in which professors E.D. Mishina, M.S. Blanter, K.A. Vorotylov, A.N. Yurasov, associate professors I.V. Gladyshev and L.Yu. Fetisov, and other employees of the Department of Nanoelectronics, RTU MIREA Institute of Physics and Technology, took part.

It was decided to approve in general these presentations and allow more time to make certain corrections to the texts with the consideration of the comments for the subsequent defense at the Dissertation Council of RTU MIREA D212.131.02.
