Institute of Management Technologies students took part in the HR Digital 2021 International Summit

Students of the Department of Organizational and Personnel Work in Government Bodies of the Institute of Management Technologies took part in the HR Digital 2021 International Summit.

The summit discussed important issues for the professional community: improving the quality of personnel selection and reducing the time spent on performing search processes, using HR analytics tools, effective management of the employer's brand to select personnel, developing the personnel automation system, forming effective approaches to personnel development and engagement.

Heads of major organizations, such as Sberbank, NLMK Group, Rostelecom, Tele2 and others, made presentations. 

Participation in such professional events helps our students develop skills and competencies, and engage in scientific and research activities.
