28.11.2016
On November 17, 2016 at Moscow Technological University in the campus on Stromynka St., 20 there took place the All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference "Optical Technologies, Materials and Systems" ("Optothat — 2016").

The opening speech was made by Stanislav A. Kudzh, Doctor of Engineering, Rector of University. Prof. V. S. Kondratenko, Director of Physics Technology Institute, welcomed the participants and held the plenary meeting.

Representatives of RAS, NAN, Holding SCHWAB, the high-technology entities and the companies of Russia, the International salon "Archimedes", the leading higher education institutions of Moscow and other scientists took part in the work of the conference having made reports on their scientific work. Information maintenance was performed by the representatives of the magazines "Rhythm of Mechanical Engineering" and "Design. Theory and practice".

Huge interest of the audience was attracted by the extra program report of the guest of the conference Dr. Lu Hung-Tu, Academician of the International Academy of Technological Sciences, President of LLC Nanoplus, (Taiwan). In his emotional performance Dr. Lu Hung-Tu told about the progress of the company and emphasized that it is a merit of unique technologies of Prof. V. S. Kondratenko which he successfully advances on the world market. Also, Dr. Lu Hung-Tu told about the use of two latest technologies winning the world market. He showed Zol-gel Protective Nanocovering technology on the examples of the untight cell phone and the hair dryer continuing to function even under water; this technology is also applied in the production of thermoisolating windowpanes which protect against both ultra-violet, and infrared radiation. The second technology Dr. Lu Hung-Tu told about — "The Nanoionized NSIW water" — is used for cleaning and protection against corrosion of industrial production products and equipment, purification of fulfilled industrial gases as means of disinfection in industry and in life.

Prof. V. S. Kondratenko, Doctor of Engineering, Director of Physics Technology Institute, shared the achievements and prospects of optical technologies development. He emphasized that the technologies of laser managed thermosplitting (LMT), grinding and polishing by the connected diamond tool are world-class technologies successfully used abroad and there is a hope for their mass application in the Russian industry.

Prof. A. A. Shchuka forced to look at the classical idea of the electron in a new way. From the point of view of the development of information transmitting technologies he showed the usage prospects of such exotic data carriers as electron backs, plasmon, soliton, etc.
A. S. Bagdasaryan, Doctor of Engineering, Senior Research Associate of Research Radio Institute, reported on the priority of the Russian scientific developments in the field of passive acoustoelectronics.

The priority of Russian thermo - to vacuum and pulse technology (TVI) was shown by V. M. Veselov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, CEO of the Thwin Technology Company. The use of this technology in the electrotechnical industry allows to reduce time of production cycles of impregnation and drying of electroinsulating materials and to lift indicators of reliability of finished products to a new high-quality level.

O. A. Vashchenko, Head of Intellectual Property Department, acquainted the audience with the directions of innovative development of SCHWABJE Holding.
D. I. Zezyulin, Candidate of Economic Sciences, President of the International Salon "Archimedes", reported on the role of All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators (VOIR) in the development of inventive activities. He emphasized that it is necessary to revive this movement, certainly useful to Russia.
A. V. Rayevskaya, Head of Municipal Small Entrepreneurship Support Fund of East administrative district of the city of Moscow, reported on the assessment of the Program of industrial policy in Russia. She emphasized the role of modern engineering education and called for the fastest implementation of scientific developments and innovations in the industrial complex of the city of Moscow.
A. Y. Rogov, Deputy Director of Physics Technology Institute, shared the results of the LUT method application. On the examples of the performed work he showed the potential and possibilities of the laser equipment which is available at the Institute.

The conference sections:
• "Technologies of precision handling of optical materials"
• "Fiber-optical and optoelectronic systems and technologies"
• "Perspective innovative materials and technologies"

The disciples of Prof. V. S. Kondratenko showed practical development of the science school directions and shared the results of their scientific work in the reports on technologies of precision handling of optical materials. The particular interest of the participants was attracted by the reports of O. N. Tretyakova, Candidate of Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor of MAI, who shared innovations in the field of development of control methods and means for laser processing equipment, and V. I. Ivanov, graduate student of Physics Technology Institute, who told about successful results on separation of instrument plates with organic LED displays assembled with protective glass.

In the section "Fibre-optical and Optoelectronic Systems and Technologies" the conferees got acquainted with the latest achievements in this area, in particular with applied developments on rail and sea transport, modern techniques of control of fiber-optical networks and sensors of telemetry.

Members of the Scientific Committee noted the report of the undergraduate T. V. Chukhlovina who reported on scientific results in the field of cultivation and researches of spectral and luminescent characteristics of crystals Bi4Ge3O12.

Besides, the profound knowledge of the subject of scientific research in section reports was shown by students: I. V. Zhluktova shared the researches results of spectral characteristics of the fiber-optical holmium amplifier, A. S. Hakhichev reported on perspective fiber-optical system of the distributed monitoring of complicated technical systems.

The postgraduate students A. T. Garifulina and S. S. Dorofeyeva reported on perspective technologies and materials in the field of acoustoelectronics.

The postgraduate student A. A. Vysokanov made the report on the new type of thermointerfaces for chilling of electronic component base elements — a metal hybrid termointerface, and the postgraduate graduate student D. A. Burlyay told about the perspective market product — the nanoionized water which, as a basis of SOZH, gives to this product a new quality.

An interesting report on modeling of speed distribution of functional covering dusting in magnetron installation with the ring evaporator was made by D. S. Gorbacheva, the undergraduate of Bauman MSTU. The conference "Optothat — 2016" was planned as All-Russian, however, the active participation of Dr. Lu Hung-Tu, President of LLC Nanoplus, Taiwan, and A. S. Bagdasaryan, Academician of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, made the conference "Optothat — 2016" actually an international one.

The first All-Russian scientific and technical conference "Optical Technologies, Materials and Systems" had about 80 participants and there were made more than 35 reports. The results of the conference are published in the collection of reports.
