Results of Russian scientific and technical conference "Informatics and Technology. Innovative Technologies in Industry and Informatics "(RNTK FTI-2018)

On April 12-13, Moscow Technological University hosted the Russian scientific and technical conference with international participation "Informatics and Technology. Innovative Technologies in Industry and Informatics" (RNTK FTI-2018).

The conference was opened by V.L. Pankov, First Vice Rector, the participants were greeted by V.V. Kuznetsov, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Director of the Physics Technology Institute. The latter stressed the significance and prospects for the development of the conference as a platform for presenting the results of scientific research in various fields.

The representatives of the Bauman MSTU, JSC "Research Institute “POLE”", Kotelnikov IRE of RAS, INM RAS, “Twin TK” LLC, ISVChPE RAS, CCNLSI, VNIIMS, SIC PITP, JSC “NICPV”, ANO “Standardkompozit”, Association “NP CIS CIS”, FBSU “FTsGiE” and other high-tech enterprises and companies of Russia , leading universities of Moscow, and, for the first time, the College of Entrepreneurship No. 11 participated in the conference.

The high level of the conference reports was set by Professor A.S. Baghdasaryan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Chief Researcher of the V.A. Kotel'nikov Radio Engineering and Electronics Institute of RAS. He discussed the evolution and applications of devices on surface-acoustic waves, incl. radio frequency RFID tags and for dual-use systems.

The new results of fundamental studies of magnetic and magneto-optical effects in electronics, as well as the possibilities of their applied applications, were shared by Prof. A.N. Yurasov, D.Sc.

In her report "Two-dimensional semiconductors for optoelectronics", Prof. E.D. Mishina D.Sc., drew particular attention to this type of basic elements for building promising samples of the electronic component base.

E.F. Pevtsov, Ph.D., gave the overview of significant results in the field of microelectronics, incl. tendencies of its development, according to the materials of the 3d International Forum "Microelectronics-2017", held on October 4 - 5 in Alushta.

A.Yu. Rogov shared applied developments of the new direction of research of the scientific school of Prof. V.S. Kondratenko in the field of creating ultrasensitive hydrosensor cables, hydrocarbon sensors and automated control systems on their basis. He stressed that the capabilities of automated control systems based on the developed sensor cables for the time of detection of signs of accidents significantly exceed foreign counterparts.

The plenary speeches were finished by P.V. Zinin, Ph.D. Mr., Senior Researcher, who made the report "Production of BCx hetero-diamonds at high pressures and temperatures, using chemical and laser sputtering methods," sharing the results of fundamental research in this field.

Prof. A. N. Yurasov headed the section "Solid State Physics", which was devoted to fundamental and applied work in the field of condensed matter physics. The participation of students and post-graduates of the leading scientific groups of the Nanoelectronics Department made the section work dynamic and effective.

The section "Quantum Electronics and Electrodynamics. Physics of Plasma" is traditionally headed by the Physics Department. Young teachers actively participated in the work of the section discussing topical problems of electrodynamics and plasma physics. The meeting was conducted by A.A. Zadernovsky, Head of the Physics Department.

The meeting of the section "Micro- and Nanoelectronics" was held with the participation of a large number of students and young employees of MIREA. The spectrum of modern issues and prospects of electronics was discussed. The meeting was led by K.A. Vorotilov, Professor of the Nanoelectronics Department.

The meeting of the section "Optoelectronic Devices and Systems" went under the leadership of V.V. Kuznetsova, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Head of the Physics and Technology Department. Particular interest was raised by the reports of A.V. Vlasova, I.A. Glinsky and S.S. Dobrovolsky.

The reports at the section “Mathematical Analysis, Its Applications. Problems of Teaching Mathematics” were devoted to such problems of mathematical analysis and its applications as the definition of the conformal type of a Riemannian manifold, convergence of Galerkin approximations in problems with p (x) -laplacian, construction of Green's functions in layered waveguides, asymptotics of the spectrum of a singular boundary value problem with a small parameter, studying the laws of distribution of discrete random variables using free mathematical packages, modeling of ion implantation by the molecular dynamics method, invariant functions AI in Nevanlinna theory. Many reports were on various issues of teaching Mathematics. Such topics as improving the effectiveness of seminars on Higher Mathematics as a result of the use of methods of practical psychology, the peculiarities of working with students with disabilities, and stimulating scientific activity at the general educational department of a technical college were discussed. The meeting was headed by N.S. Chekalkin, Head of the Higher Mathematics Department-2.

The meeting of the section "Metrological Support of High-Tech Technologies" detailed the tasks facing metrologists in the field of modern technologies. The meeting was conducted by S.S. Antsyferov, Professor of the Metrology and Standardization Department.

At the meeting of the section "Standardization and Quality Management", a large number of reports in the field of quality were made, which aroused a lively discussion. The meeting was conducted by S.Ya. Grodznensky, Professor of the Metrology and Standardization Department.

The meeting of the section "Standardization and Management of Product Quality in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries" examined the features of standardization in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The meeting was conducted by Ye.G. Khomutova, Professor of the Metrology and Standardization Department.

The students of V.S. Kondratenko demonstrated the development of the scientific school of the professor, the expansion of research directions. The latest technological equipment, which became available to researchers, made it possible to obtain unique results in the field of laser cutting by the LUT method of silicon substrates for organic light-emitting diode crystals, cutting sapphire substrates, investigating the development of a crack in the implementation of the LUT method, creating ultra-sensitive multisensory cables for monitoring technogenic accidents and fires, sensors of hydrocarbons, the creation of revolutionary metal-hybrid interfaces, applied research in the field of hardening of glass products.

At the section "Optoelectronic and Fiber-Optic Systems" there were made the reports on modern fiber optics directions: fiber-optic sensors, fiber amplifiers and lasers both at the stage of new scientific developments and industrial applications. The meeting was conducted by G.N. Gridneva, Associate Professor of the Optical and Biotechnical Systems and Technologies Department.

The work of the section "Innovative Technologies in Mechanical Engineering and Instrument Making" was held in two sub-sections: "Engineering Technologies" and "Plastic Deformation and Merging Materials." Traditionally, the section presented the results of research on a wide range of scientific directions of Mechanical Engineering and Instrument Engineering, such as: tribology, surface hardening, material processing, nondestructive testing, additive technologies, etc. It is noted that most of the reports were made on a good scientific level, had a scientific and practical value. The meetings of the subsections were conducted by A.Yu. Albagachiev, Professor of the Information Technologies in Mechanical Engineering and Instrument Engineering Department and А.А. Myshechkin, Senior Lecturer of this Department.

The work of the section "New Materials and Technologies, Applications" was full of reports in the field of materials science, incl. use of various materials in the development of promising samples of radio frequency identification for surfactants. The section examined the results of studies of composites based on nanostructures and polymer matrices, the properties of biofluids, new technologies and their applications. The section Head was V.M. Veselov, Director General of "Twin Technologies Company".

The section "Technology and Design" is one of the "young" sections. "Technology and design" struck by its variety of creative developments, projects in the field of inclusive design, interior design, projects that allow modernizing the learning process. The report of Prof. M.L. Sokolova,, Doctor of Technical Sciences, was dedicated to libraries of materials and creating a design library at the Computer Design Department. Much interest was aroused by the project on creating the exposition space of the radio museum represented by the students of the Computer Design Department supervised by О.А. Zyabneva, Ph.D., Associate Professor.

Jewelry production, design and technological methods of making and decorating is a visiting card of the Computer Design Department, headed by I.Yu. Mamedov. Great interest was caused by the work of undergraduates, dedicated to the decoration of jewelry and ceramics.
