Results of subsection "Modern Researches in Personnel Resources Management" of 2nd Scientific and Technical Conference of University students

The work of the subsection "Modern Researches in Personnel Resources Management" of 2nd Scientific and Technical Conference of Moscow Technological University students is completed. The subsection was arranged and carried out by the Department of "Organizational and Personnel Work in Public Administration".

The participants of the subsection demonstrated the results of their personal researches of personnel resources management problems in the organizations of various fields of activity.

The students’ performances were carefully prepared and had a pronounced practical focus, which caused a heating discussion of the conferees who will finish the training soon and apply their knowledge in real activities for human resource management.

The prominent participants were handed diplomas and gifts.

The 1st Degree Diploma went to A. Savchenko for the report "Methods and Results of Applied Research "Use of A. Maslou Theory of Hierarchy of Needs for Labor Motivation Diagnostics in “Your Agent” Real Estate Agency".

The 2nd Degree Diplomas went to T. Strakhova for the report "Efficiency of Labour Exchange as Personnel Source" and E. Kashina — "Experience of Recruiting Gamification in Foreign and Russian Organizations". The 3rd Degree Diplomas went to E. Vaulina for the report "Rationing and Personnel Labor Protection in Aviation Industry of Russian Federation" and E. Vidanova for the report "Indicators of Employment and Prospects of Retail Trade").

The Diploma for Active Participation in the subsection work went to A. Prizenko.
