RTU MIREA Faculty Member Speaks at International Conference on IT for Intelligent Decision Support

21.11.2025

From November 10 to 13, the 11th international scientific conference “Information Technologies for Intelligent Decision Support” (ITIDS’2025) took place at the Ufa University of Science and Technology. Associate Professor Ye.V. Palchevsky, Candidate of Technical Sciences, of the Industrial Programming Department at RTU MIREA’s Institute of Advanced Technologies and Industrial Programming (IPTIP), delivered a presentation based on his doctoral research, titled “Methodological Foundations of 5V Data Processing Based on Integration of Physical and Neural Network Models in Hybrid Intelligent Systems (using data from various subject areas).”

He highlighted a critical issue: currently, there is no unified intelligent approach that can simultaneously satisfy all the 5V big data criteria (volume, velocity, variety, veracity, value) without significantly higher computational demands and larger training datasets while maintaining high accuracy and transferability across domains. Existing solutions by leading companies including NVIDIA and Bosch Research primarily focus on individual aspects of integrating physical model and neural network methods for engineering tasks and do not fully meet all 5V requirements.

Following the presentation, participating experts provided feedback and comments on how to refine the research.
