Second Youth Festival "Israel for Youth" at our University

On March 23 the campus in 78 Vernadsky Avenue housed the Second Youth Festival "Israel for Youth" devoted to the training opportunities and youth travel development in Israel.

The festival was opened by Vladimir L. Pankov, First Vice-Rector of Moscow Technological University, who addressed the participants with a welcome speech, wishing them to see this amazing country with their own eyes.

At the Festival there were made presentations by the Director of the Department of the Ministry of tourism of Israel in the Russian Federation and the CIS, the Adviser for tourism of Embassy of Israel, the First Secretary of Embassy of Israel, the Director of the Israeli Cultural Center in Moscow and many others. The invited speakers and guests of the Festival acquainted the participants with training and leasure opportunities for active youth in modern Israel.

During the festival competitions the participants won prizes and mementoes. The event came to the end with summing up the competition "Surprise the Expert in Israel", first prizes being gift certificates for an air flight and hotel accommodation in Israel.
