Students of the Institute of Management Technologies, RTU MIREA, participated in the Summit on Digital Transformation of Organizations

Students of the Department of Organizational and personnel work in public authorities, Institute of Management Technologies, RTU MIREA, took part in the III Russian Summit on Digital Transformation of Organizations.

Top managers working on digital transformation of large companies, representatives of state authorities and businesses responsible for the digitalization processes, as well as senior IT specialists of the major enterprises in the key sectors of the Russian economy shared their approaches to the digitalization processes and gave examples of real case studies in their presentations.

At the event, the CDO/CDTO Award 2022 was presented for the achievements in digital transformation of organizations and CDO/CDTO Summit & Award 2022 –for the development of the digital economy. The award is given to the leaders in digital transformation, as well as organizations with the greatest achievements in digital transformation.

The students not only gained useful experience in communicating with the participants and speakers and had a try in acting as assistant organizers, but also acquired knowledge primarily in implementing projects for the digitalization of business processes and digital transformation of organizations, learnt more about the specifics of working with the personnel of IT companies.
