The Institute of Management Technologies presented research results at the international conference in Krasnoyarsk

Krasnoyarsk hosted the 11th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Human Resource Management – the Basis for the Development of an Innovative Economy”. The event was organized by the Siberian State University of Science and Technology named after Academician M.F. Reshetnev with the support of the sectoral ministries and the largest industrial enterprises of the region.

At the conference round table discussion “Current issues in training specialists in human resource management in the context of the development of the national system of qualifications”, spoke I.V. Korganova. Ph.D., associate professor of the Organizational activity and work with personnel in public authorities department of the Institute of Management Technologies. 

In her presentation she spoke about the results of MIREA – Russian Technological University on professional and public accreditation of educational programs in personnel management and assessment of the graduates’ qualifications. RTU MIREA develops these areas together with the Council for Professional Qualifications in personnel management creating systemic groundwork in the educational environment aimed to improve the quality of training of future HR specialists.

I.A. Sokolova, a 3rd year student of the department of Organizational and personnel work in public authorities of the Institute of Management Technologies, spoke at one of the thematic sections of the conference.

She raised the issues of increasing the effectiveness of managing the involvement of line managers. In the materials offered to the participants I.A. Sokolova discussed the results of research on the organization and planning of the process of involvement of managers, improving the quality of coordination of managers in this area, and gave examples of successful experience accumulated by the major companies.
