University students win prizes at International Scientific Students Conference "Personnel Management in Global World"

The students of Management and Strategic Development of Organizations Institute (Department of Organizational and Personnel Work in Public Authorities) made the reports at the plenary part of the International Scientific Students Conference "Personnel Management in Global World". The forum took place on November 26, 2016 in Voronezh State University. At the conference there were actively discussed the key areas of work with personnel, increase in efficiency of training and implementation of modern HR competences.

The report of the student of the University S. Bolshedvorov got the 2nd place, and the educational video prepared by the students team won the nomination "Best Story" of the contest "Personnel Management in Film World".
