On October 19, professors of the Institute of Information Technologies Sergei Romanovich Ermakov and Andrei Konstantinovich Rybnikov visited the Havana Technological University (CUJAE), a partner university of RTU MIREA.
The Havana Technological University has more than 40 buildings and covers an area of 398 thousand square meters, where classrooms, laboratories, conference rooms, research centers, libraries and other facilities are located for students to study in.
As part of the visit to CUJAE University, a business meeting was held. Apart from Sergei Romanovich Ermakov and Andrei Konstantinovich Rybnikov, the scholars and researchers listed below took part in the event:

The meeting discussed the expansion and deepening partnership between CUJAE and RTU MIREA, the exchange of scientific practices and practical projects.
After the meeting, the professors, together with the CUJAE administration, visited the CETI Center for Research in Telecommunications and Informatics. Leslie Villar Ledo, the employee of the Center, shared the latest trends in the training of republican specialists in the field of information technology and communications. The delegation inspected the classrooms, equipment of the Center and exchanged expertise in organizing student laboratories and centers with Cuban colleagues.
