10th International Forum "Innovative Development through Intellectual Property Market" held at University

On April 20, the University hosted the 10th International Forum "Innovative Development through Intellectual Property Market".

One of the guests of honor of the event was Sergei Vadimovich Stepashin, Russian politician. The main information partners of the forum were interstate TV and radio company MTRK “Mir”, publishing group "Lawyer", journals "Intellectual Property Law", "Russian Competition Law and Economics" and "Information Law".

The organizers, participants and guests of the forum were greeted by D.A. Medvedev, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation; Fr. Harry, Director General of WIPO; S.N. Lebedev, Chairman of the Executive Committee - Executive Secretary of the CIS; Wang Kaiwen, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization; T.M. Zhaksylykov, Member of the Board (Minister) for Economics and Financial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission of the EAEC; G.A. Rapota, State Secretary of the Union State; V.D. Two plenary and five specialized meetings of the forum were:

"The Eurasian market of intellectual property and competitiveness in digital economy" (at the national - regional - sectoral - corporate levels) (moderators: Prof. V.N. Lopatin, Doctor of Law, Director General of the Intellectual Property Corporation RNIIIS, Chairman of the Interstate (MTC 550) and National (TC 481) Technical Committee on Standardization "Intellectual Property"; Prof. A.Zh. Sultangazin, Doctor of Economics, President of JSC "Science Foundation" of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

"Pricing, Accounting, Risks Insurance and Management of Intellectual Property in Credit Organization" (moderators: Prof. V.V. Gruzdov, General Director of “Pulsar”, State Corporation “Rostekhnologii”, Member of the Council of the Military Industrial Commission on Pricing and Financial Credit policy in the implementation of the state defense order, the chairman of the Committee on Economics and Finance of the Union of Russian aircraft manufacturers; Head of the department of the economy of intellectual property of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Head of the Base Department "Economics of Intellectual Property in Radio Industry" of Moscow Technological University; M.V. Klyashnya, Deputy Head of the Office of liability insurance and financial risk of CAO "FAC").

"Protection of Intellectual Property from Unfair Competition" (Moderator: Prof. S.V. Maksimov, Doctor of Law, Assistant to the Head of the FAS of Russia). Within the framework of public discussion, the presentation of the GOST R draft “Intellectual Property. Antimonopoly regulation and protection against unfair competition” was made by Prof. V.N. Sinelnikova, Doctor of Law, Chief Researcher of RNIIIS.

"Customs protection of intellectual property and counteraction to counterfeiting in the EAEC" (Moderators: Prof. A.A. Aslakhanov, Doctor of Law, President of the International Association "Anti-Counterfeit"; V.I. Kozlov, First Deputy Head of the Customs Investigation and Inquiry Department of the Federal Customs Service RF, who presented a draft GOST "Intellectual Property: Customs Protection".

"Personnel for Intellectual Property Market" (Moderators: Prof. F.I. Shamkhalov, Doctor of Economics, Scientific Secretary of the Scientific and Production Enterprise "Pulsar" GK "Rostekh", Director of the Scientific and Technological Center for Solid State Electronics MIREA; Prof. G.M. Golobokova, Doctor of Economics, Head of the Base Department of RNIIIS "Management of Intellectual Property" of the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics).

At the plenary session, there were presented viewpoints of international and interstate entities, state authorities, state corporations, science, educational institutions and public organizations of the EAPC countries.
