3rd year student of the Institute of Management Technologies became the winner of the Traditions and Innovations in the System of Russian Law International Conference of Young Scientists

On April 15, the 21st Traditions and Innovations in the System of Russian Law International Conference of Young Scientists was held at the O.E. Kutafin University (MSAL). This conference is one of the most representative student events in Russia, both in terms of the number of participants and the range of legal issues discussed: from classical to innovative. The partners of the conference are the Consultant Plus and Garant legal reference systems, the Pravo.Ru system, the Aktion media group, and White&Case law firm.

The winner of the Municipal Law section (II place) was Daria Zubkova, a 3rd year student of the Institute of Management Technologies (supervisor – N.S. Grudinin, Associate Professor of the Department of State and Administrative Law), who made a presentation entitled “The principle of financial and budgetary autonomy of local self-government bodies and the problems of its implementation in modern Russia”.
