A meeting of the group of companies “R-PHARM” with the students of the Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies was held as part of a series of meetings with the Chemistry of Success partners

On March 23, a meeting was held at the Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies of the students of the Institute with the R-PHARM group of companies.

The meeting was held by Natalia Prudova (deputy head of the personnel training department) and Alexander Rudenko (department manager).

During the meeting, representatives of the company spoke about the key areas of activity of R-PHARM. The students were also introduced to the production sites of the R-PHARM group of companies, which was a specially organized event:

• The largest technological complex in Europe built in record time in a special economic zone, Technopolis Moscow (Moscow)
• Yaroslavl plant of finished dosage forms (Yaroslavl)
• Pharmoslavl Complex (Rostov)
• ORTAT Plant (Kostroma)
• R-Pharm Azerbaijan (Baku)
• R-Pharm GmbH (Illertissen)
• Factory of radiotherapy equipment (Dubna)

Natalya Prudova and Alexander Rudenko told the young people about the VIII Team Student Biotournament 2021, which has been running since 2014. This event was the first student team competition in biology in Russia. Within the framework of this tournament, participants were offered to solve real production cases and academic problems directly from the company's research laboratories, and the winners got an opportunity to take an internship course at R-PHARM's real production facility.

More than 100 undergraduate and graduate students attended the meeting. At the meeting, students asked lots of questions about the demand for young professionals in the industry, the requirements for candidates, as well as the conditions for further employment in the company.
