On March 17, a regular meeting of the FCC academic seminar was held under the guidance of A.S. Sigov in the format of a Zoom conference.
At the meeting a number of presentations was made:
1. M.A. Morozov (Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky)
“Resonant and nonlinear effects during the propagation of spin waves in multi-ferroid, semiconductor and metallized structures based on ferromagnetic films and magnonic crystals” (based on the materials of the doctoral dissertation, physical and mathematical sciences. Specialty: 01.04.03 Radio physics. Scientific adviser – S.А Nikitov).
2. A.Yu. Avdidjian (RTU MIREA) “Development of methods for changing the electro-optical properties of two-dimensional semiconductor materials” (based on the materials of the Ph.D. thesis, physical and mathematical sciences. Specialty: 05.27.01 “Solid-state electronics, radio electronic components, micro- and nanoelectronics, devices based on quantum effects”. Scientific adviser – E. D. Mishina).
A.S Sigov, President of RTU MIREA, Yu.K. Fetisov, E. D. Mishina, K.A. Vorotylov, A.N. Yurasov, professors of the Department of Nanoelectronics at the Institute of Physics and Technology, I.V. Gladyshev and R.V. Sundeev, associate professors, as well as young lecturers, assistant professors and graduate students of the Department took an active part in the discussion. The participants took a decision to approve the works submitted for the defense.
