At the press tour at RTU MIREA, a program for training specialists in the field of walking robot control was presented

A new retraining program has opened at MIREA — Russian Technological University. Students will be taught to work with walking humanoid robots, a correspondent for the Moscow City News Agency reports from the event.

"We are now entering a new era, and our new program is just becoming one of the factors for training specialists who will make a tangible contribution. As part of our program, we will teach students technologies for the navigation system for controlling walking robots," said Shamil Magomedov, Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at RTU MIREA.

As explained by the university's press service, the program is being implemented jointly with the Robort company.

"Cooperation with Robort is an important step in the development of the university laboratory, which is now equipped with nine anthropomorphic platforms Unitree H1 and four manipulator arms," ​​the press service of RTU MIREA quotes the words of Rector Stanislav Kudzh.
