Department of General Chemical Technology of Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies renovated the laboratory resources

By the beginning of the spring semester of the current academic year at the Department of General Chemical Technology of Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies, two educational laboratories (O-505 and O-506) were renovated and equipped with new laboratory furniture and equipment:. In this very laboratory, a unique workshop dedicated to the technology of obtaining basic inorganic and organic substances will be held for undergraduate students in chemistry, chemical technology, biotechnology and materials science. 

The modern overhaul of laboratories and the new equipment will significantly improve the level of study and mastering the basics of chemical technology, as well as enhance students’ interest in the educational process.

During the internship course, students will be able to quickly master the basic techniques necessary for the development of modern technological processes, and solve problems of fundamental nature. The Department of General Chemical Technology has also renovated two display classrooms, which will soon open.

The Department of General Chemical Technology closely combines educational and scientific processes relating to the development and study of new catalysts and catalytic processes to produce organic and inorganic substances, solve problems of hydrogen energy and environmental problems at the highest modern level.
