III International Student Spring Festival of the BRICS and SCO countries

The largest youth event of the year in Russia - the III International Festival “Student Spring of the BRICS and SCO Countries” - opened on June 4 in Stavropol. About 2.5 thousand young people from 23 countries of the world, including Brazil, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Nepal, Turkey, Belarus, Sri Lanka, Armenia and Cambodia, arrived in the city.

Special guests arrived from Austria, Vietnam and Georgia. The Chinese delegation was the most numerous one with more than 100 young people coming from the Celestial Empire to the Stavropol Region.

Students from Russia also took part in the Student Spring Festival (Studvesna): teams from Moscow, Krasnodar, Kemerovo, Saratov, Astrakhan regions, Chechnya, Tatarstan and other areas of Russia arrived to participate in the event. Also, more than 100 well-known public figures, politicians and pop stars visited the regional center.

Konstantin Borisovich Belovitsky, Associate Professor, Department of Economic Expertise and Financial Monitoring, Institute of Integrated Safety and Special Instrumentation, Ph.D., participated in the event.
