On April 7, students of the Pre-university Training Department for Foreign Citizens of the Institute of International Education of RTU MIREA visited the literary and memorial museum of S.A. Yesenin.

This house in Zamoskvorechye is the only official registered address of S.A. Yesenin in Moscow, where he  lived from 1911 to 1918. The House-Museum of S.A. Yesenin is the place where the poet, who came to Moscow from the village of Konstantinovo, Ryazan region, was happy, where he began his adult life, where his eldest son was born. On the tour, accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide, foreign students felt the creative atmosphere of the house. The students examined the stands with photographs and copies of the poet's works placed on them, saw the reconstruction of the living room of S.A. Yesenin, learned the details of his biography. Many of the poet's personal belongings were lost, so the organizers put together an exposition of items authentic to the beginning of the 20th century: a bed, a table, a sideboard, a samovar, a chest, and more. The only things that belonged to the poet and are on display at the museum are the icon of the Kazan Mother of God and the clock, a gift to S.A. Yesenin from a merchant N.V. Krylov.

In the lobby of the museum there is an exposition of flowers and a part of the fence from the village of Konstantinovo. In the hall, the visitors were also shown the attributes of the tea ceremony: a samovar, teapots, a sugar bowl, and  table service items.

The tour lasted an hour, but left a lot of wonderful impressions on foreign visitors, introduced them to the life and work of the famous and beloved Russian poet S.A. Yesenin.
