Representative of RTU MIREA took part in the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference

On June 6, 2019 V.A. Avagimiants, Head of the Preparatory Department for Foreign Citizens of RTU MIREA Institute of International Education took part in the VII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference Russian language and the issues of sociocultural adaptation of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation.

The event, organized jointly with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, was held at the Russian Peoples Friendship University and was attended by experts in the field of sociocultural adaptation of foreign citizens, top managers and profile specialists of the higher educational institutions of the Russian Federation, representatives of Federal agencies and departments, public, professional, and religious organizations, specialists in the pre-university education from more than 30 leading universities in Russia.

V.A. Avagimyanc, Head of the Pre-university Training Department for Foreign Citizens of RTU MIREA Institute of International Education, was also actively involved in the round-table discussion Preparation of foreigners for training and education in the Russian language: masters, post-graduate and internship programs. Upon the results of the discussion, she was awarded a certificate of the VII All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference The Russian language and issues of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign citizens in the Russia Federation.
