The 1C Technology Center for comprehensive training of personnel in the field of automation and digitalization of business has opened at MIREA – Russian Technological University (RTU MIREA). The 1C company has become a partner of the project.

RTU MIREA plans to become one of the leaders in the country in training personnel capable of implementing 1C technologies, which are becoming increasingly popular at enterprises and organizations in the country. For this purpose, 1C partners are also joining the educational process. 14 implementation companies are already actively working in the 1C Technology Center: 1C-Rarus, WiseAdvice-IT, ISVS (Information Systems for the AF), Perviy Bit, Koderline, AUXO, Galfind, Edit Pro, ITRP (Institute of Generic Solutions), AVTOMAKON, AKSIOMA State Corporation, Grand-Project, Architect-Business, Corpsoft24.

"We are grateful to the University for the active development of 1C technology studies at RTU MIREA. This is one of the most efficient and largest Russian universities, and extensive training of 1C specialists within its walls will help solve the problem of the shortage of professionals in business automation and digitalization that the country is so much in need of. It is also very valuable that our partners are actively involved in the project, since it is the partners who carry out implementation projects, they have extensive practical experience, and they will be able to share it with students," commented Boris Nuraliyev, 1C Director, at the opening of the new center. Already, 197 first-year students have begun studying under the joint higher education program "Applied IT Solutions for Business" (within the direction 38.03.05 "Business Informatics") at RTU MIREA. Today, 1,192 students are additionally studying 1C technologies at the Digital Department of RTU MIREA within the framework of the Priority-2030 program. Separate disciplines on mastering 1C solutions have been introduced into five areas of higher education: "Rapid development of business applications on the 1C: Enterprise platform", "Fundamentals of digital enterprise management based on 1C technologies", "Workshop on 1C accounting and analysis". Students are taught by RTU MIREA professors who are 1C certified, or specialists currently working in the industry, including managers and leading employees of companies implementing 1C solutions.

"RTU MIREA has previously had successful experience of cooperation with 1C. But with the launch of the joint center, we are opening up new prospects for both parties and we will be able to cover all levels of training: higher and additional education, career guidance work with schoolchildren, project activities. The fundamental feature of the new center is the inter-institutional approach; the division will be the center of responsibility for the implementation of 1C products throughout the University. I am confident that together we will be able to educate a new advanced generation of graduates who will make a significant contribution to the technological development of Russia," said Stanislav Kudzh, RTU MIREA Rector. RTU MIREA plans to launch new joint programs with 1C: two within the bachelor's degree and two within the master's degree. Moreover, an interdisciplinary approach will be implemented in the future, and industry and specialized 1C solutions will be studied by students of the University's engineering programs: Mechanical Engineering, Nanoelectronics, Innovation and others. As practice shows, it is also impossible to do without 1C technologies for automating business processes in these areas.
