RTU MIREA delegation arrives in Cuba on a working visit

RTU MIREA delegation is on a working visit to Cuba. It includes: Nikolay Ivanovich Prokopov, First Vice-Rector of the University, Grigory Valerievich Petushkov, Vice-Rector and Mikhail Petrovich Romanov, Scientific Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence.

Representatives of RTU MIREA visited the Jose Antonio Echeverria Havana Technological University. The university is celebrating its anniversary - 60 years since its foundation. S.A. Kudzh, Rector of RTU MIREA, congratulated his colleagues from the Jose Antonio Echeverria University on the significant date in a video message: "I am very happy to congratulate you on the anniversary of your educational institution. This is a significant moment in your history, in which the achievements of the past and future prospects converge. Over its 60 years of existence, the José Antonio Echeverría University has become an important center of education and science, educating generations of talented and highly qualified specialists and leaders who are capable of making a significant contribution to the development of both Cuba and other countries".

Further, the meeting discussed issues of bilateral cooperation. As part of the official visit, a cooperation agreement with the University of Information Sciences is to be signed this week.
