RTU MIREA international students took part in the All-Russian educational forum of student media


RTU MIREA International students – Chayo Martin Fernandez and Nje Okomo Christian from Equatorial Guinea – took part in the All-Russian educational forum of student media.

The forum was dedicated to the development of skills of self-presentation, work for the audience and the creation of team projects in the media field. The young people participated in the creation of videos for the Student's day and the shooting of the New Year story.

Master classes were organized for students, such as: "Evolution of the mass media. New trends in building communication with the end consumer", "New trends in journalism and media promotion in social networks", "Fact checking and the role of fact-checking in modern journalism", "The art and skills of the presenter: the basics of improvisation and acting skills", "Where to search for reliable and reputable sources to check borrowed words when working with texts?".

The students also had an opportunity to meet and communicate with Russian and international students from the leading universities in Russia, relax at a dancing party, take part in intellectual games and trainings.

The foreigners were especially impressed by the final summing up ceremony, which was held at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
