RTU MIREA presented its educational programs for the first time at the international exhibition in Turkmenistan

From October 10 to 12, representatives of RTU MIREA – Irina S. Solunova, Deputy First Vice-Rector, and Begli Charyev, 1st year master's student of the Institute of International Education from Turkmenistan, took part in the International exhibition and scientific conference “Healthcare, education and sports in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state,” which was held at the Expo Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ashgabat.

The exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the State Committee for Physical Education and Sports of Turkmenistan. The exhibition brought together representatives of leading educational and scientific organizations from more than 25 countries.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by the government top officials, heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations that are accredited in Turkmenistan, heads and representatives of ministries and departments, as well as Alexey Logvinovich Overchuk, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation. At the exhibition site, he devoted special attention to the “Education in Russia” stand, where 20 leading Russian universities made their presentations, including RTU MIREA.

High school students and their parents could personally communicate with representatives of RTU MIREA, get familiarized with the educational programs of the University, learn about the conditions for admission to the University within the framework of the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the education of foreign nationals and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, about the rules of admission and deadlines for submitting documents .

The most demanded for and popular areas of study at RTU MIREA, as well as the unique opportunities that our University provides to its students, were brought to the attention of the applicants.

Moreover, representatives of RTU MIREA visited the joint Turkmen-Russian secondary school named after A.S. Pushkin where they made a presentation about the University and discussed the prospects for further cooperation in education, in order to promote the RTU MIREA brand in the educational market of Turkmenistan.
