From April 1 to 4, representatives of the RTU MIREA Institute of International Education – Deputy Director Ye. A. Slyozkina and Head of the Educational Department I. V. Egoeva – participated in the 16th exhibition of Russian educational organizations “Education in Russia 2025/26”, organized by the nongovernment foundation “Moscow Classics” with the support of the Russian House in Bishkek and Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Education and Science. The exhibition was held in four cities of the Central Asian Republic: Bishkek, Kant, Kara-Balta, and Cholpon-Ata. It brought together 38 universities from 19 Russian cities, ranging from Kaliningrad and Kursk to Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk, and Yakutsk. The event attracted more than 3,000 visitors.

The education fair in Bishkek, hosted at the K. Bayalinov Republican Library for Children and Youth, was attended by Russia’s Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Konstantin Mogilevsky and Kyrgyzstan’s Deputy Minister of Education and Science Albert Makhmetkulov. Both officials emphasized the significance of such events for strengthening educational cooperation between the two countries.

High school students and their parents had the opportunity to meet university representatives, learn about academic programs, admission requirements – including those under the Russian Federation’s government quota for foreign citizens and stateless persons – and application deadlines. Presentations highlighted RTU MIREA’s most popular fields of study and the unique opportunities available to its students.
