RTU MIREA student represents the University at the Science of the Future – Science of the Young forum

From 17 to 20 November, the VI All-Russian Forum and the IV International Scientific Conference “Science of the Young” are held in Moscow and Kaliningrad.

It is planned to hold an interdisciplinary dialogue with the leading scientists from 35 countries of the world, listen to the presentations and speeches of the heads of mega-grant laboratories and discuss the research support programs with the key personalities of the government policy in the field of science in Russia.

The conference was opened by Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. “One of the priorities of the Year of Science and Technology is the involvement of young people in research activities. Both the forum, and the conference are attempting to solve this problem for already several years. The events have become traditional, and I want to thank everyone who invests energy and knowledge in their organization,” the minister said to the forum participants.

The topics of the meetings and discussions will be focused on the priority areas of the Strategy for the Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation and the global challenges of modern society.

The final stage of the All-Russian competition of scientific research works of students and postgraduates will become the key event of the forum.

Upon the results of the analysis of the applications for the participation in the events, Daniil Yuryevich Maliy, a 3rd year student of the Institute of Cybersecurity and Digital Technologies, RTU MIREA, was selected for his work “Analysis of algorithms for finding the shortest path for the development of a specialized navigator for people with disabilities”.

The main task of this significant event is to form the young people’s attitude towards science as an important resource for the development of society and a way of self-actualization and building a successful career.
