RTU MIREA student took part in a meeting with the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation

On November 17, on International Students’ Day, MISIS (National University of Science and Technology) hosted a meeting with Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Artyom Metelev, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy, and university students.

The meeting was attended by Kirill Gorbunov, a student of MIREA – Russian Technological University, member of the management staff of RTU MIREA Student Union. He asked the minister about the possibility to formalize the right to study according to individual curriculum for students who are active in social activities.

Those who came out with the best questions, proposals and ideas relevant to the Russian students invited to the meeting. They were selected from the students who asked their questions in advance via the telegram channel of Artyom Metelev, Chairman of the Committee on Youth Policy 

The meeting also discussed areas of joint work of the specialized Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.
