RTU MIREA students took an active part in WINNING THE HEARTS ReForum

Students, masters and graduate students of the RTU MIREA Department of Economics took an active part in the online ReForum which was held on November 19-20 in Moscow.

ReForum is an international forum to discuss people, business and technologies that are changing the future. Top managers and owners of the major companies, journalists and bloggers talk about urgent issues in the modern world, such as education for the digital generation, the future of blockchain, and startups of the future.

Experts from RBC, VK (Mail.ru Group), MTS, Binance, Netology attended the event. Within the framework of the forum, discussions were held on how the employment paradigm would change in the near future, what professional skills and business qualities of university graduates would be demanded by the employers. For example, Anton Novikov, one of the speakers at the forum, head of the department for managing the expertise of of JSC Rostelecom young employees, discussed with the participants the issues of employee involvement in business and the young employee’s motivation.

Participation in advanced conferences and forums contributes to the comprehensive development of students, and also makes it possible to identify the key interests of participants in further research work.
