From October 3 to 5, the Russian-Tajik Media Forum was held at the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University in Dushanbe.
The program was attended by more than 100 students from six universities of the Russian Federation, including RTU MIREA, and three universities of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Representatives of the Student Media Center - Sergey Rautbart, Svetlana Sudakova and Veronika Eliokums - arrived at the forum on behalf of RTU MIREA.
For two days, the mixed teams of students from Russia and Tajikistan worked on the editorial assignment "The Blogosphere as a Tool for Positive Influence on Relations between the Peoples of Russia and Tajikistan." In parallel with the assignment, lectures and master classes on media and journalism were held for the forum participants.
At the end of the program, the results of the participants' work were submitted for the critical assessment of the experts.
Work also continued on the Russian-Tajik joint student editorial office "Russian Chapan", which became an aggregator of significant news and topics and a communication platform for discussing issues that require elaboration for further constructive interaction.
