The One State – One Family Public Forum of Young Families will be held in Moscow from October 22 to 25. The program includes workshops and sessions with family experts, psychologists, lawyers, as well as excursions and leisure programs. The forum will be attended by young families from Belarus and Russia aged 18 to 35, as well as representatives of public organizations, experts and specialists dealing with the institution of the family in the participating states.
As part of the forum, the results of the Young Family of the Union State competition will be summed up in four nominations: Large Family, Family in the Village, Family – the Keeper of Traditions, and Student Family.
The organizers of the event are the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, RTU MIREA, the Association of Public Associations "National Council of Youth and Children's Associations of Russia" with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Republican Youth Center of the Republic of Belarus.
Dmitry Bunkin, Director of the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of RTU MIREA, underscored that the goal of the forum is to preserve traditional family values, create conditions for ensuring family well-being, responsible parenting and maintaining the social stability of a young family, as well as create an opportunity for Russian-Belarusian families to communicate and share experiences within the forum platforms – to be friends with families of the Union State.
Based on the results of the forum, it is planned to develop a Diary of a Strong Family of the Union State.
For the first time, the One State – One Family forum was held in Nizhny Novgorod from December 15 to 18, 2021. This was the first international event for young families under the youth agenda of the Union State (Russia and Belarus). The main topics were: Prevention of family conflicts, Modern technologies for working with families. Lego, Clubs of young families as a strategic resource of territories, Family budget, The role of role play in a child's life. Modern approaches to game techniques", "Which emotions are appropriate in the family?", "Participation of young families in volunteer activities", "Support for young families", "Successful practices of family leisure".
