Teams of students from the Institute of Information Technologies took prizes in the Leaders of Digital Transformation 2024 hackathon

From June 3 to June 26, under the patronage of the mayor of Moscow, the Leaders of Digital Transformation hackathon was held which is the annual largest IT competition in Russia and the world for the creation of new digital products and services.

Each of the 25 cases had three prizes (one million, 600 and 400 thousand rubles). In total, more than six thousand people from 45 countries took part in the hackathon. Two teams of students from the Institute of Information Technologies won a total of one million rubles, taking second and third places.

The RealityFlex team took second place in the Service for distribution and calculation of cost efficiency track from Sberbank PJSC, winning a prize of 600 thousand rubles. Team members: Alexander Maksimovich Levandrovsky, Artyom Ravilevich Latypov, Artyom Vadimovich Shendyapin. The team coach is Anton Nikolaevich Mironov, senior lecturer of the Department of Practical and Applied Informatics.

The team developed algorithms for distributing funds to general ledger accounts using artificial intelligence technologies based on the current knowledge base of Sberbank PJSC. The system allows employees to quickly and conveniently work with big data, calculate costs and use interactive graphs for convenient and quick analysis of distributions and prediction results for the next year.

The MIREA SERVICE LADYA team took third place in the Mobile assistant application for creating a fitness training plan track organized by the company DDX TECH, winning a prize of 400 thousand rubles. Team members: Nikolai Maksimovich Pereverzev, Danila Olegovich Petrushkin, Grigory Alekseevich Ozerov. The team coach is Yaroslav Alekseevich Akatiev, assistant of the Department of Practical and Applied Informatics.

The team has developed a mobile application for organizing online support of the training process. The solution provides convenient interaction between the trainer and the client via chat, and also accompanies training sessions. The application has designed a diary for both the trainer and the client to track upcoming services or training sessions respectively.
