The RTU MIREA student team won first place in the qualifying round of the World of Dance_Serbia championship in Belgrade

The RTU MIREA student delegation won in Serbia!

From November 25 to December 1, the dance group KNOOPS&M was sent from RTU MIREA to the qualifying round of the World of Dance_Serbia championship in Belgrade. The team had been training and preparing every day for the most important competition of the season among professional dancers. The jury included experts from Greece, Serbia, South Korea and Bulgaria. On November 30, the students performed on the main stage of the competition with the Unknown path number and were awarded first place, as well as a special prize for the best theme of the production, scoring 100 points out of 100 possible. At the end of the number, the audience gave a standing ovation, which was the highest award for the team. KNOOPS&M under the guidance of Marianna Shakur and with excellent choreographic material from Artem Solyanik have been working towards this result for a long time. The Center for Culture and Creativity of RTU MIREA has reached the level when their dancers can compete in the international arena among professional groups and bring new victories to the University.
