The Seventh International Scientific and Technical Conference “Optotech-2022” was held at RTU MIREA

From December 5 to 10, the 7th International Scientific and Technical Conference “Optical Technologies, Materials and Systems” (“Optotech-2022”) was held at MIREA – Russian Technological University, on the premises of the Institute of Advanced Technologies and Industrial Programming (IPTIP), both with the personal participation of the scholars in the event and with the participation of a number of scientists online.

The opportunities provided by the online mode of the conference made it possible to take part in the event and make a presentation to Professor Theo Raising from the Netherlands (Theo Rasing. Professor of Radboud University, Institute for Molecules and Materials, Heijendaaleweg. “All-optical control of magnetism: towards energy-efficient (neuromorphic) computing”).

Alexander Sergeevich Sigov, President of RTU MIREA, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Nanoelectronics, conveyed his warmest wishes to the conference participants.

The work of the conference was held in the following sections:

Section 1. “Technologies for Precision Processing of Optical Materials” (head of the section – V.S. Kondratenko, Doctor of Technical Sciences).

Section 2. “Optoelectronic and fiber optic systems and technologies” (head of the section – M.A. Sleptsov, Ph.D.).

Section 3. ‘Perspective materials and technologies” (S.A. Tyurina – head of the section, Ph.D.).

Section 4. “Optical effects and modern electronics” (A.N. Yurasov – head of the section, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences).

At the seventh International Scientific and Technical Conference “Optical Technologies, Materials and Systems” (“Optotech-2022”), there were 80 presentations made, and the number of participants exceeded 150. Upon the results of the conference, a collection of presentations indexed in the RSCI will be published.
