Yandex Company Day was held at RTU MIREA

On April 9, Yandex Company Day was held in the main building of the University.

From 12pm to 4pm, a variety of activities aimed at helping students start their careers was conducted at the University.

As part of this day’s activities, the young people learnt about the career stories in Yandex of their fellow-mates from RTU MIREA, who completed their internship and are already working in the company, listened to lectures from experts who shared their experience and advice on the developments in the IT field.

In addition, the organizers held a dynamic quiz in which participants could test their knowledge and win valuable prizes, such as resume analysis from the company’s recruiter and a Yandex Station Light.

During all the events, the company’s stand was located in the University hall and offered students interesting tasks for solving which they could receive colorful gift merch, as well as recreation in the Yandex style: board games, code battles and table football.
