Youth specialists completed internship in Bishkek

In November and December 2018, there was organized the additional professional advanced training program «Organization of work with young people in the CIS space» (24 hours) for the youth specialists with secondary vocational and (or) higher education, including those from the CIS countries (Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Uzbekistan). Following the results of distance learning, the participants had internships.

One of these internships was held on December 4 — 6 in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Republic. 21 people went on the trip, including Viktoria Olinchuk, head of the Educational Process Support Department of the Youth Policy and International Relations Institute of the RTU MIREA.

The internship partners in Bishkek were the Institute for Youth Development of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and the State Agency for Youth, Sports and Physical Culture of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. The objectives of the trip were the development of cooperation between educational organizations (institutions), academic institutions and centers, and public associations of the CIS member states; ensuring interaction in the field of organization of personnel training in the direction «Working with Youth»; professional development of youth specialists involved in the implementation of the state youth policy; study of the best practices of youth policy and interaction of youth organizations and government agencies of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic; development of the network of advanced training in the field of work with young people in the CIS countries.

On December 5, there was arranged a meeting with Mirlan Abdivalievich Parkhanov, the Deputy Director of the State Agency for Youth, Physical Culture and Sports under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the plenipotentiary representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Youth Affairs Council of the CIS Member States. During the meeting, he spoke about the structure of youth policy and its priorities in Kyrgyzstan. On December 6, the representatives of the Russian delegation met with youth organizations, representatives of educational youth structures in Bishkek in the Youth Center «K. Kojomkul Palace of Sport». They told about the activities of their organizations and about the prospects for cooperation, answered questions of the Russian participants. Following the meeting, the trainees received the Certificates of Participation and Certificates of Advanced Training «Organization of work with young people in the CIS countries».
