    The key objectives of the Department are:
    • interacting with cultural centers, consulates and embassies of different countries, aimed at strengthening cooperation, attracting foreign students, increasing the prestige of the University;
    • forming programs of international cooperation, expanding international partnership, interacting with foreign universities and scientific organizations, participating in international associations;
    • developing international academic mobility and enhancing the academic reputation of the University;
    • implementing double degree programs, academic exchanges and internships;
    • receiving foreign delegations, organizing and participating in international conferences, exhibitions, forums, research projects;
    • preparing information, reference and reporting materials on the international activities of the University;
    • monitoring contracts and agreements of the University with foreign partners in the field of international scientific activity, academic mobility of teaching staff and researchers;
    • assisting the departments of the University in obtaining foreign grants and concluding contracts;
    • ensuring effective participation of the University in the export of educational services;
    • participating in the admission of foreign applicants;
    • providing visa support, migration registration of foreign students and control over compliance with the rules for the stay of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation;
    • controlling the validity of visas, registrations and medical insurance of foreign students;
    • developing the design and the content of the University website in English, updating online information.
