The RTU MIREA team became the absolute winner at the All-Russian English Language Olympiad for students of technical universities

The results of the All-Russian Olympiad in English (with international participation) for students of technical universities, which is held annually on the basis of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, have been published. This event is the most respected and prestigious Olympiad in the cluster.

The RTU MIREA team (team 2) included students from the Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies

The RTU MIREA team became the absolute winner in the team competition of the first day of the competition (Arina Artyukhova, Georgy Prokhorov – first place in the individual competition; Ksenia Medvedeva – second place in the individual competition), won by clear 15 points margin over its closest contesters in the creative task (second day competitions) and earned absolute team first place at the end of the Olympiad.

In 2024, a team of students from RTU MIREA (team 2) competed with students from MIPT, MEPhI, Bauman MSTU, Mendeleev UCTR, MPEI, MAI, National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University, North Caucasus Federal University, St. Petersburg Mining University, University of Nis (Serbia), teams from the University of East Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Satbayev University, as well as a number of other universities.

The leaders of the winning team are N.A. Mironova, E.A. Gladchuk, senior lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages at the Lomonosov Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies.
