Deputy Director of Innovative Technologies and Public Administration Institute makes speech at plenary session of Third International Congress "Production, Science and Education of Russia: New Challenges"

I. V. Shatskaya, Deputy Director of Innovative Technologies and Public Administration Institute on scientific work, made a scientific report at the plenary session of the Third International Congress "Production, Science and Education of Russia: New Challenges" on November 26 .

The main task of the Congress which took place on November 26-27 in the building of the city hall of Moscow was to provide analysis results of the reasons for the production, science and education stagnation in our country, and to propose a system of recommendations on the advancing development in these fields.

According to the three-year tradition leading Russian and foreign scientists and politicians, educators, deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, entrepreneurs and representatives of the civil society took part in the work of the Congress.
