MIREA - Russian Technological University held the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Research on Human Resource Management Problems." The event was organized with the support of the Council for Professional Qualifications in Human Resources.

The conference included a plenary session and three sections: “Topical issues in the formation of personnel in modern organizations”, “Topical issues in the development of personnel in modern organizations” and “Modern studies of problems of state and municipal management”.

The Presidium of the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference included:

I.B. Durakova, Head of the Department of Personnel Management of the Voronezh State University, Doctor of Economics, Professor;

E.N. Korobova, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management of the Vitebsk State Technological University, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor;

V.S. Polovinko, Head of the Department of Regional Economics and Human Resource Management of the Dostoevsky Omsk State University, Doctor of Economics, Professor;

N.R. Hadasevich, Head of the Department of State, Municipal Administration and Personnel Management of Surgut State University, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor;

E.I. Danilina, Professor of the Department of “Organizational and Personnel Work in Public Authorities” of the Institute of Management Technologies MIREA - Russian Technological University, Doctor of Economics;

The conference featured 36 reports from students and professors from 21 universities. Moreover, during the event, a round table was held for lecturers on current issues in the implementation of educational programs in Human Resources Management.

The preparation of the conference digest is being finalized. The two volumes of the digest will include more than 120 scientific articles from representatives of almost 50 universities.
