Representatives of Moscow Technological University participate in 7th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Russia and China: History and Prospects of Cooperation"

On May 22-23, Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University (BSPU) and Heihe University (People's Republic of China), with the assistance of Confucius's Institute in BGPU and the Center of historical and cultural heritage of the Amur region held the 7th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Russia and China: History and Prospects of Cooperation". The conference was devoted to the urgent problems of present-day interaction of the Russian Federation and People's Republic of China and development of the scientific dialogue between the scientists of the two countries.

Moscow Technological University was represented by Elena N. Tarasova, Head of the Department of Russian as Foreign Language of the International Education Institute, and Irina S. Solunova, Deputy First Vice-Rector, with the report "To the Question of Cognitive and Competence-based Approach in Verbal Communication Training (on the example of Russian as a foreign language)".

The conference participants discussed the issues of cooperation of Russia and China in social and economic, political, scientific, educational and cultural spheres.
