Results of 2 nd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Studies of Human Resource Management Problems"

On April 25 and 26, Moscow Technological University held the 2^nd International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Studies of Human Resource Management Problems". The conference was arranged by the Government Personnel Work Department.

Anopenkova, Dean of the Management Faculty of the Southern Federal University; Prof. I.B. Durakova, Head of the Personnel Management Department of Voronezh State University; Associate Prof. N.P. Sovetova, Head of the Management Department of Vologda State University; Prof. U.A. Nazarova, Head of the Department of Labor Sociology and Entrepreneurship Economics of Bashkir State University; Associate Prof. О.S. Reznikova, Head of the Personnel Management and Labor Economics Department of V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University; S.S. At the plenary and section sessions, there were made the reports of the participants from Bashkir State University, Vitebsk State Technological University (Republic of Belarus), Vologda State University, Voronezh State University, State University of Management, Dagestan State University, Far Eastern Federal University, Kazan (Privolzhsky) Federal University, V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University, Lipetsk State Technical University, Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University, I.S. Turgenev Orel State University., North-Western Management Institute of the Presidential Academy RANEPA, G.R. Derzhavin Tambov State University, Ural State Economic University, Cherepovets State University, South-Western State University, Southern Federal University and Yaroslavl State University.

The conference was opened by Prof. V.V. Sokolov, First Vice-Rector of Moscow Technological University. During the two busy days the conference participants vigorously discussed the issues of increasing the efficiency of work with personnel - motivation, selection, adaptation and professional development. Within the framework of the conference an interesting “round table” meeting was held for the teachers, who considered the application of modern training approaches.

On the second day of the conference, the well-known practitioner N. Krasnova demonstrated modern trends in the field of personnel management.

The conference was closed by Prof. N.B. Golovanova, Deputy First Vice-Rector of Moscow Technological University, who handed Diplomas and valuable gifts to the distinguished participants.

The 1^st Degree Diploma was awarded to D.G. Sergeeva (Voronezh State University), the 2^nd Degree Diploma - M.I. Syromyatnikov (V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University), the 3^rd Degree Diplomas - S.V. Fedoseyeva (Far Eastern Federal University) and S.A. Makarov (Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University).

According to the results of the "Current Issues in Personnel Formation" section work, the 1^st Degree Diploma was awarded to S.V. Zhernovoy (Vologda State University), the 2^nd Degree Diplomas - А.А. Izzetdinovoy (V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University) and S.N. Bolshedvorov (Moscow Technological University), the 3^rd Degree Diplomas - A.V. Dudinsky, E.R. Fatikhova (Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), K.Yu. Palkina (Vologda State University), N.P. Mashheva (I.S. Turgenev Orel State University).

According to the results of the "Actual Issues of Personnel Development" section work, the 1^st Degree Diploma was awarded to D.S. Baranova (Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University), the 2^nd Degree Diplomas - M.K. Mironova (Moscow Technological University), M.Yu. Shatalova, A.P. Semina (Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), the 3^rd Degree Diplomas – E.V. Klimova (Vologda State University), V.V. Zaloginoy (South-Western State University) and Y.A. Simanova (Cherepovets State University).

The Diploma for the best solution of professional video case-study was awarded to K.Yu. Palkin (Vologda State University).

The Diploma for the successful solution of a professional video case study was awarded to E.A. Kashina (Moscow Technological University).

The Diplomas for active participation in the conference were awarded to E.A. Kashina and SN. Bolshedvorov, the students of Moscow Technological University.
