SILA Union and RTU MIREA signed a cooperation agreement

On April 5, Sila Union LLC and MIREA - Russian Technological University entered into a cooperation agreement. The documents were signed by Elena Silkina, managing partner of SILA Union, and Oleg Evgenievich Vinokurov, vice-rector for innovative development of the University. At the meeting, joint educational initiatives and projects for training highly qualified personnel were discussed, including internships, case championships and others.

Cooperation between SILA Union and RTU MIREA involves the integration of platform modeling and analysis tools into the educational process of the Institute of Information Technologies, specifically, to the subject “Business Process Modeling”.

It is also integrated in the process of training the students of the Digital Transformation, respectively, into the subjects “Corporate Architecture”, “Application and Data Architecture”, "Designing the architecture of a digital organization", as well as in the educational process of the Informatization of Organizations profile, specifically, in the subject "Business Process Reengineering".

Training will be conducted on the basis of Russian software for modeling business processes and designing digital transformation SILA Union. Today, this is a leading solution in the field of digitalization of companies based on business processes, which allows to comprehensively describe the organization’s activities in various interconnected planes in digital form: business processes, organizational structure, strategy, key performance indicators, products, IT architecture, risks and etc.

SILA Union fully complies with the import substitution criteria and has been implemented in many of the major Russian companies and government agencies - the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Russian Helicopters JSC (Rostec Group), Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions JSC (Rosatom State Corporation), TsNIIMash JSC (Roscosmos State Corporation), Polymetal JSC, Rosenergoatom Concern JSC, SberCloud (Sberbank Group) and others.

The use of SILA Union tools within the framework of educational programs of the Institute of Information Technologies of RTU MIREA, as well as introducing students to the company’s business practice cases embedded in the demonstration models, will make it possible to prepare highly qualified specialists in business modeling and corporate architecture design to work with complex digitalization projects of companies. Such cooperation will allow students to gain a more complete understanding of modern technologies and approaches to implementing digital transformation projects. In addition, it can also facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience between the university and the business community, which is an important aspect of developing digital talent.
