Stanislav Alekseevich Kudzh – Doctor of Technical Sciences, specialist in automated public administration systems, multidisciplinary and multifunctional information systems, one of the authors of network-centric management of complex organizational and engineering systems. S.A.Kudzh has copyright certificates and patents.
Stanislav Alekseevich was born on March 14, 1979 in Moscow.
In 2001, he graduated from Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK) with a degree in Information Systems.
In 2001, he entered the Graduate School at the Department of Information and Measurement Systems, worked there as an engineer and a leading programmer.
From 2004 to 2009, he held senior positions in Rosinformtechnology and in the Russian Union of Auto Insurers.
Between 2010 and 2013 – Head of the Department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, Director of the Department of Civil Service, Personnel and Mobilization Training of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
In June 2013, Stanislav Alekseevich Kudzh was appointed Rector of MSTU MIREA.
In 2013-2015, on the basis of MIREA there was a merger with Lomonosov Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies , Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering (MGUPI), the Federal State Budget Institution – Russian Research Institute of Information Technologies and Automated Design (FGBU RosNII IT and AP), all-Russian Research Institute of Technical Aesthetics, (VNIITE), and the Institute of Advanced Training (IPK) of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia; a modern educational, research and design and technological cluster has been created, specializing in radio equipment, information and communication technologies, control systems and fine chemical technologies.
In 2018, the University was named MIREA – Russian Technological University (abbreviated as RTU MIREA).
In 2019, the Altair RTU MIREA Children’s Technopark, equipped with modern facilities, was opened. This is a platform where schoolchildren aged 14 to18 receive additional education free of charge, get to know high-tech equipment, study specialized programs in the major areas of the University.
New mega-laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment, specialized educational centers, student design bureaus and academies of leading world companies (specifically, Samsung, Cisco, Microsoft, EMC, VMware, Huawei, 1C-Bitrix) open annually.
In 2015, S.A. Kudzh, by decrees of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, became member of the Scientific Council of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
Under the guidance of S.A. Kudzh the “University Grant” project, aimed to support the researchers of RTU MIREA, was launched.
In 2019, together with the Federal State Budgetary Institution – Gamaleya National Center of Epidemiology and Microbiology (NITsEM named after N.F. Gamaleya) of the Ministry of Health of Russia, a specialized Department of Immunological Chemistry headed by D.Yu. Logunov, the developer of the world’s first vaccine against the coronavirus, was organized.
In a unique laboratory, together with scientists from the National Medical Research Center of Hematology of the Ministry of Health of Russia, in 2020, a new SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) test system for the diagnosis of COVID-19 has been developed and recombinant proteins are purified to create vaccines.
In November 2020, the grand opening of the Cybersport Center Cyberzone took place, which was attended by Valery Nikolaevich Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and Igor Vasilyevich Karpenko, Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus.
In December 2020, RTU MIREA became the platform of the Situation Center of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia and its main operator. The opening ceremony was attended by V.N. Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and P.V. Malkov, Head of the Federal State Statistics Service.
