15.03.04 Automation of technological processes and production

Under the program specialists are trained in the design, development and operation of automated process control systems (APCS) for various purposes. Students get profound knowledge of technological processes in various industries, design and manufacture of mechanical engineering products, technological equipment, software development for SCADA and PLC, design of information systems and real-time databases, building of an automated process control system based on computer control systems, servers and network support. They also study cyber physical systems and cloud technologies. After the training is completed, graduates will be able to collect and analyze information, data and information used in the process of designing automated systems; determine the target tasks of designing the process control system, build a structural relationship, highlight priority areas; develop projects for the creation of an automated process control system.
