Legal support of the digital economy
The program offers bachelors training which includes theoretical and applied knowledge in legal regulation of relations in the development of digital economy. Students acquire knowledge and skills in legal support of information technology, innovative areas in public administration, and advanced financial instruments. In the course of training, students receive a systemic understanding of current trends in the development of the digital economy, its key agenda and controversial aspects, the main technologies used in the digital economy, the existing level and prospects of legal regulation of such relationships in Russia and abroad. An important objective of the program is to train specialists who are ready to implement a system of legal regulation of the digital economy based on a flexible approach in each area.
