The Institute for Advanced Technologies and Industrial Programming trains specialists in optoelectronics, machine and instrument engineering, electronics and nanoelectronics, nanotechnology, metrological support for measurements in the above fields, materials science, design, and product standardization in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and electronic technology. The Institute’s alumni are employed in high-tech industries, including the defense industry and the social sector, where they take jobs in production engineering, administration and management, manufacturing technology development and industrial design. They also conduct research, including various kinds of materials research for mechanical engineering, aerospace technology, nuclear energy, nanotechnology, medical equipment and pharmaceuticals.
