This educational segment is designed to train highly skilled experts competent in the field of the general and strategic management who will assure efficient running of a company with due account taken of background socio-economic development trends. Their competences include business analysis, elaboration of development strategy, sound organization of managerial and business processes, distribution of assignments among subordinates and supervision of their work.

This program enables students to form in-depth professional knowledge, skills and competences required for research and teaching as well as serving as an executive in a government entity or business company. The training process employs modern educational techniques and tools: the case method, project-oriented training, business/role games, research problem solving.
