Institute of International Education Joins Selection Events for Russian Government Quota Applicants in Turkey

From January 12 to 16, motivational interviews for candidates planning to study at Russian educational organizations under the 2026/2027 Russian Government quota for higher education took place at the Russia House in Ankara. The selection events were organized by Rossotrudnichestvo’s office in Turkey, with representatives from 10 Russian universities in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Saratov, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, and Kursk. RTU MIREA was represented in the working group by Ye.A. Slezkina, Deputy Director of the Institute of International Education.

Additionally, as part of the selection events, the RTU MIREA representative took part in an educational exhibition visited by over 500 Turkish applicants. High school students and graduates of Turkish universities received detailed information about studying at the foundation year program for international citizens, the University’s academic programs, vibrant student life, and career prospects for RTU MIREA graduates.
