From October 7 to 11, the 9th International Conference on Information, Control, and Communication Technologies (ICCT-2025) was held at the Francisk Skorina State University in Gomel (Republic of Belarus). The event brought together over 100 scientists from Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Jordan, Indonesia, China, Japan, and Mexico.

The conference program included several thematic sections, each covering key areas of modern science and technology, such as scientific instrumentation, advanced ITC systems, robotics, hardware reliability, diagnostics, nondestructive testing, the theory and hardware-software means of data protection, to mention a few.

Faculty members from the Department of Industrial Programming at the Institute of Advanced Technologies and Industrial Programming (IPTIP) were among the key speakers. Senior Lecturer Damir Maratovich Gimatdinov gave a talk on “Structural and Parametric Design of Memristive Biosensors,” while Lecturer Artur Gennadyevich Dvoretsky presented “A Model of a Mass Service System with Impatient Requests for Analyzing Transient Modes in Medical Information-Measurement Systems with Heterogeneous Devices.”

Artur Dvoretsky’s report was named best presentation in the “Mathematical Methods and Models” section.
